Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-285/2023/B for 1-7 Andrews Avenue & 26 Glen Street, Bondi.

The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $597,240.00 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Tamarama Sea Wall Renewal, Marks Park – Coastal Walk Landslip, and Campbell Parade Streetscape Upgrade.
