Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per Section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-296/2019/D at 97 Glenayr Avenue, Bondi Beach.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $237,030 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned to Waverley’s Affordable Housing Program (25%) and works in the Bondi Park Plan of Management and Local Villages Centre Strategy for the Bondi Beach area (75%).
You're invited to review the following amended documents and provide your feedback by 9am Thursday 17th October 2024.
