Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-87/2024/A for 100-102 Ramsgate Avenue Bondi Beach.

The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $440,752.00 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards Bondi Beach and Park Plan of Management delivery for outcomes at North Bondi Promenade and Bidjigal (Biddigal) Reserve.
