Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to Development Application 184/2013 for 33-37 Waverley Street, Bondi Junction. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $337,092 towards funding of public domain improvements identified in the Bondi Junction Complete Streets Program.
The draft Planning Agreement is available to view until Tuesday 31 March 2015 at the following locations:

- Waverley Library
Level 1, 32 – 48 Denison Street, Bondi Junction
