Draft Planning Agreement - 33-37 Waverley Street, Bondi Junction

Consultation has concluded

Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to Development Application 184/2013 for 33-37 Waverley Street, Bondi Junction. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $337,092 towards funding of public domain improvements identified in the Bondi Junction Complete Streets Program.

The draft Planning Agreement is available to view until Tuesday 31 March 2015 at the following locations:

  • Waverley Customer Service Centre
    55 Spring Street, Bondi Junction
    Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm
  • Waverley Library
    Level 1, 32 – 48 Denison Street, Bondi Junction
    Monday to Friday 9.30am - 9pm; Saturday 9.30am - 3pm; Sunday 1pm - 5pm
  • Online in the Key documents section on the right hand side of this page.

We're inviting feedback on the draft Planning Agreement. To comment, please submit your feedback in writing by 5pm Tuesday 31 March:
