Notice is hereby given for the public exhibition of the planning proposal at 84 Curlewis Street, Bondi Beach. The planning proposal, which has been lodged by LK Planning, seeks to amend Waverley Local Environmental Plan 2012, by:

  • Rezoning the lot from R3 Medium Density Residential to B1 Neighbourhood Centre

Council have been issued an authorisation to exercise delegation to make this plan pending the outcome of the exhibition period.

The planning proposal is on public exhibition from Wednesday 15 January to Friday 14 February 2020, at the following locations:

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm


Waverley Library

Level 1: 32 – 48 Denison Street, Bondi Junction

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 9pm; Saturday 9.30am - 3pm; Sunday 1pm - 5pm
