Public Notice: Draft Planning Agreement 67-69 Penkivil St, Bondi

Consultation has concluded.

Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Modification Application DA 531/2015/A for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $583,152 to be applied towards the improvement and regeneration of Waverley Park and affordable housing under Waverley’s Affordable Housing Program.

The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 9 May 2018 to Wednesday 6 June 2018 in the document library to your right, or in hard copy at the following locations:
