The Operational Plan 2020/21 and related documents were adopted by Council at the meeting on 30 June 2020. The Council report and the final documents are available to view in the 'Document Library'.

Council's draft Operational Plan 2020/21 is currently open on public exhibition, including the following documents:

  • Budget and Stormwater Management Service charge
  • proposed Pricing Policy
  • Schedule of Fees and Charges
  • Long Term Financial Plan for year three of the Community Strategic Plan 2018-2029.

Public exhibition runs from 21 May to 17 June 2020.

Operational Plan 2020/21

This plan outlines how Council will deliver on the expectations of the community in alignment with the Waverley Community Strategic Plan 2018-2029 and Delivery Program 2018-2021.

The Operational Plan is structured into 11 themes which includes key projects and services.

  3. Recreation and Open Spaces
  4. Local Economy
  5. Planning, Development and Heritage
  6. Transport, Pedestrians and Parking
  7. Buildings and Infrastructure
  8. Sustainable Environment

  10. Corporate Leadership and Engagement
  11. Knowledge and Innovation

The Operational Plan includes Budget and Stormwater Management Service Charge.


Pricing Policy, Schedule of Fees and Charges 2020/21

The schedule of Fees and Charges is a list of all chargeable services and facilities offered to the community.

Fees and charges are determined by Council each year and contribute towards providing services and facilities for the Waverley local government area.


Long Term Financial Plan 5.2 (2020/21-2030/31)

The Long Term Financial Plan 5.2, identifies key projects that Council is planning to fund in the next 10 years and is updated on annual basis. The Plan identifies opportunities for future income and economic growth.
