Consultation has concluded
Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Modification Application DA-101/2014/B for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $887,141 to the Waverley Council Complete Streets program and $98,571 to the Waverley Affordable Housing Program.
The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 15 February 2017 to Wednesday 15 March 2017 at the following locations:
