Waverley Council has made amendments to the Waverley Planning Agreement Policy 2014. The draft amendments to the Policy to implement pre-scheduled development contribution rates, implement and clarify the process for applying planning agreements to planning proposals in order to fund public infrastructure needs and housekeeping updates.

The draft Planning Agreement Policy 2014 (Amd 2) is available to view from Wednesday 10 January 2018 to Thursday 8 February 2018 at the following locations:
