The Draft Operational Plan outlines how Council will deliver on the expectations of the community in alignment with the Community Strategic Plan 2022-2032 and Delivery Program 2022-2026. The Operational Plan includes Budget, Statement of Revenue Policy (including Rate Code Map), Capital Works Projects, and Stormwater Management Service Charge.
