96-122 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction Planning Proposal

Consultation has concluded

Notice is hereby given for the public exhibition of the planning proposal at 96-122 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction (the sites). The planning proposal, which has been lodged by Hollywood Investments Pty Ltd, seeks to amend Waverley Local Environmental Plan 2012, by:

  • Increase the FSR to 6:1 on approximately half the site.
  • Introduce a minimum non-residential floorspace requirement of 5:1 across the entire site, which could provide 16,450m2 of commercial floorspace.
  • Introduce ‘shop-top housing’ as a permissible use on this site through an additional permitted use under Schedule 1 in the Waverley LEP.
  • Prohibition of serviced apartments in the non-residential floorspace component.

Council have been issued an authorisation to exercise delegation to make this plan pending the outcome of the exhibition period.

The planning proposal is on public exhibition from Wednesday 20 November to Friday 20 December 2019, at the following locations:

Waverley Library

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 9pm; Saturday 9.30am - 3pm; Sunday 1pm - 5pm
